Full 2-Week Service Warranty
If the service performed by a myHelpfulNerd technician doesn't hold up, we'll do whatever it takes to make it right.
What Is Covered?
This warranty covers any services we've performed that have not met the description we provided. For example, if we've performed a virus-removal, but the virus re-appears a week later.
What Is Not Covered?
Although faulty part installation services are covered, this warranty does not cover defective parts. In almost all cases, defective parts will be covered under their manufacturer's warranty (and typically for much longer than our warranty).
How Long Does Coverage Last?
This warranty lasts for 2 weeks after the date services were performed. This may seem like a short period of time, but keep in mind that a faulty computer service will typically reveal itself immediately.
What Will myHelpfulNerd Do?
At no further charge, myHelpfulNerd will correct the faulty service you received until it meets the description we provided. In the event that the original service agreement cannot be met, myHelpfulNerd will refund the cost of the service in full.
How Do You Get Service?
Click here to contact a myHelpfulNerd technician and explain the problem. We'll come to your home or office to correct the faulty service, or we may be able to make the necessary corrections by logging into your computer remotely.
How Does State Law Apply?
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
